Depuis début aout, les certifications PMI reposent sur la version 5 du Pmbok.

Quelques changements sont intervenus :
- L’introduction d’un nouveau domaine de connaissance: les parties prenantes (jusqu’ici les processus étaient intégrés au domaine de la communication)
- De nouveaux processus, dont 2 de contrôle : contrôle de la gestion de la communication et des parties prenantes
- …

Mais pas de révolution entre les versions 4 et 5.

L’esprit reste le même, voici pourquoi je vous propose, quatre séries de 40 questions d’examen reposant sur la version 4.
Histoire de vous familiariser avec les questions PMP.

Il est conseillé de passer la certification en anglais en raison des mauvaises traductions.
C’est pourquoi les questions/réponses ne sont pas traduites.
